If you like Bell Curves as much as I do you should read
Intelligence,Genes, and Success:Scientists Respond to the Bell Curve. This is a 10 year old rigorous critique of
The Bell Curve. It
give a lot of technical back ground into factor analysis, intelligence testing, and the statistics needed to detect discrimination. The tone is measured. It appears that the authors would like to dismiss some of the conclusion but they can not land many blows on the main points of the book. I think the conclusions hold up under their reanalyses.
